Silver Package – Age 15 and Above

The Silver Package is a psychological assessment package consisting of two core tests designed to evaluate cognitive ability and work attitude efficiently. This package is suitable for recruitment, selection, and basic employee assessment needs.

Assessment Components

1. General Cognitive Test

Designed to identify overall intelligence (IQ) quickly and effectively, covering:

• Verbal ability
• Non-verbal reasoning
• Numerical ability
• Memory
• Figural ability

2. Work Attitude Test

Used to assess essential work-related attributes, including:

• Accuracy
• Work endurance
• Energy level
• Willingness
• Emotional stability

Test Duration

• Total duration: Approximately 90 minutes

Security & Proctoring System

A strict screen lock and online proctoring system is applied throughout the test, including random photo/snapshot captures. This ensures that the assessment is completed by the intended participant and maintains the integrity of the test results.

Result Availability

• Test results will be available within 3 × 24 hours after completion
  (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
• Results can be:
  • Downloaded directly, or
  • Sent via email
