Silver Package – Age 15 and Above

The Silver Package is a psychological assessment designed to efficiently evaluate cognitive ability and work attitude. This package is ideal for recruitment, selection processes, and basic employee assessments.  

Assessment Components

1. General Cognitive Ability Test
Measures overall intelligence (IQ) quickly and effectively, including:

•  Verbal ability 
•  Non-verbal reasoning 
•  Numerical ability 
•  Memory 
•  Figural ability 

2. Work Attitude Test
Evaluates key aspects of workplace behavior, including:

•  Attention to detail 
•  Work endurance 
•  Work energy 
•  Motivation 
•  Emotional stability 

Test Duration

Approximately 90 minutes

Security & Proctoring System

The assessment is supported by:

•  Screen lock 
•  Online proctoring 
•  Random photo/snapshot capture 

These features ensure that the test is completed by the registered participant and help maintain the validity and integrity of the assessment results.

Result Availability

Results will be available within 3 × 24 working hours after test completion
(excluding weekends and public holidays)
Reports can be:

•  Downloaded directly from the system, or 
•  Sent via email
