2. Services 2.1 Description of Services Psikologiehub provides an online assessment platform that enables companies to test candidates through various psychological and skills tests.

2.2 Usage Restrictions Our services are designed for internal use by companies in their own recruitment processes. Use by recruitment agencies or other third parties for commercial purposes without Psikologiehub’s prior written consent is prohibited.

2.3 Legal Compliance Psikologiehub will provide the services in accordance with applicable laws and established information security measures.

3. Customer Obligations 3.1 Compliance You agree to use our services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection and privacy regulations.

3.2 Unauthorized Access You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and will not allow any unauthorized third parties to access our services.

Introduction These Candidate Terms and Conditions of Psikologiehub.com ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by Psikologiehub.com ("Psikologiehub", "we", "us", or "our") through our website psikologiehub.com ("Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you ("you" or "Candidate") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services 1.1 Description of Services Psikologiehub provides a skills-based assessment platform and psychological tests used by our customers in their recruitment and selection processes.

1.2 Personal Use The service is intended for personal and individual use. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the service and your account if you violate the terms of use.

1.3 Age Restriction To use our services, you must be at least 16 years old. If applicable law requires a higher age for Psikologiehub to lawfully provide the services to you without parental consent (including the use of your personal data), then the minimum age for using the service shall be that higher age.

3. Users and Members / Account Creation 3.1 Account Registration When you register to use the service, you may choose to create a Psikologiehub member account and become a Psikologiehub Member ("Member"). If you choose not to register an account, you may access and use the service as a "User".

3.2 Registration Process To create an account, you must provide your email address and create a password.

3.3 Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password used to access the service and for all activities or actions performed under your account. You agree not to share or transfer your account or disclose your password to any third party.

3.4 Unauthorized Access You are responsible for preventing unauthorized access or use of the service through your account and will immediately notify Psikologiehub of any unauthorized access or use. 4.4 Other Prohibitions In addition, you must not: (a) create a false identity, misrepresent your identity, use the service, or create an account for anyone other than yourself; (b) develop, support, or use any software, device, script, robot, or other means or processes (including crawlers, plugins, and browser add-ons or other technologies) to scrape the service or copy profiles and other data from the service; (c) override or interfere with the operation of the service or the display of the service; or (d) violate Psikologiehub’s intellectual property rights or other rights, including, without limitation, using the word "Psikologiehub" or our logo in your business name, email, or URL.

Service Level Agreement (SLA) of Psikologiehub.com

Introduction This Service Level Agreement (SLA) establishes the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) used to measure the SaaS solution of Psikologiehub.com ("Psikologiehub", "we", "us", or "our"). If Psikologiehub fails to achieve and maintain the KPIs as described in this SLA, the Customer may be entitled to Service Credits against future payable fees.

Psikologiehub may update or amend this SLA from time to time, and the latest version will be available online along with previous versions. Any material changes to the KPIs in the SLA must be managed through the contract change process outlined in the Agreement.

1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1.1 Service Availability

Service Availability is calculated (in a given month) as follows: ((Total Time − Service Downtime) / Total Time) × 100

The measurement point for Service Availability is the production data center internet connection point.

Customers may request a Service Availability report no more than once per month through the help center.

1.2 Disaster Recovery

RTO (Recovery Time Objective) is measured from the moment the Production Environment becomes unavailable due to a Disaster until it becomes available again.

Customers may request an RTO report after a Disaster occurs.

1.3 Support Support services may include the following activities: Support, Self-help, General advice, and other related services. Psikologiehub provides 24/7 self-help resources online. All users and candidates can access these resources through support.psikologiehub.com. Support Cases must be logged in Bahasa Indonesia (or other supported languages listed on the Psikologiehub website). Users and Candidates may submit Incident Cases 24/7 through the help center (support.psikologiehub.com) or the chat window on the website.

Incident Cases will be classified and handled as follows:

Psikologiehub will work during Business Hours to provide a Resolution or temporary workaround. The Customer must be able to answer Psikologiehub’s questions and provide all relevant information. This may include providing a detailed step-by-step description of the issue and the necessary screenshots to reproduce the Incident. Psikologiehub is not obligated to fix defects or errors related to user error or incorrect use of the Service.

1.4 Service Credit Calculation As the sole and exclusive remedy for the Customer in the event of Psikologiehub’s failure to meet the KPIs in this SLA (that qualify for Service Credits) and upon receipt of a written request, Psikologiehub will provide Service Credits as follows:

Service Credits are calculated monthly and apply individually to each KPI. The Customer is entitled to only one Service Credit amount per month. Accumulated Service Credits in any service year will (if claimed) be deducted from the next annual subscription invoice (if applicable).
