Click the Register button on the homepage and complete the registration form with your company details, including your NIB (Business Identification Number). Upload the required documents, and our team will review your submission within 1–2 business days. 

 Test results will be available for download or sent via email within 3 business days (3×24 hours) after the online test is completed. 

 Yes! All tests are available online through the Psikologie Hub platform, so participants can take them anytime and anywhere within the given time limit.

 Yes! We offer a Free package so you can try our basic features. You can also request a Free Demo to explore the full platform before subscribing. 

We accept payments via bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), credit/debit cards, and e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana). An invoice will be sent to your email once the payment is confirmed. 

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you’ll continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Please contact our support team to proceed with the cancellation. 

PsikologieHub assesses psychological and cognitive skills for education, human resource selection and development, as well as medical and professional practice needs, with the flexibility to support additional skill assessments based on specific requirements. 

Yes. All psychologists involved on our platform are officially licensed by HIMPSI (Indonesian Psychological Association) and have professional experience in industrial and organizational psychology.
