Yes. All psychologists involved on our platform are officially licensed by HIMPSI (Indonesian Psychological Association) and have professional experience in industrial and organizational psychology. 

We accept payments via bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), credit/debit cards, and e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana). An invoice will be sent to your email once the payment is confirmed. 

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you’ll continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Please contact our support team to proceed with the cancellation. 

The test can be taken using a laptop, desktop computer, smartphone, or tablet with Google Chrome, but using a laptop or desktop computer with the latest version of Google Chrome is recommended for the best experience. 

Use a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 2 Mbps; if the connection is disconnected, stay on the test page until the connection is restored and continue the test once it is stable again.

Test participants are not recommended to open other tabs or applications during the test, as these activities may be recorded as violations in tests with proctoring systems. 

 Test results will be available for download or sent via email within 3 business days (3×24 hours) after the online test is completed.

The availability of download or sharing features depends on the organizer’s settings, and test results should only be shared with authorized parties as they contain confidential information.
